1. Acceptance of Agreement

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player" or "User") and b66 ("Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account, accessing the website at b66.cam, or using any service offered by b66, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the b66 platform. Your continued use of the platform following any revision of these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated version. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time without prior notice — it is your responsibility to review them periodically.

2. Eligibility Requirements

Access to b66 is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria. It is the responsibility of the user to ensure compliance before registering or placing any wager. b66 does not accept liability for accounts created by ineligible persons.

• You must be at least 21 years of age. b66 enforces a strict 21+ policy. Underage gambling is illegal and will result in immediate account termination.
• You must be a real person acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, automated bots, and proxy accounts are not permitted to register.
• Online gaming must not be prohibited by the laws applicable to your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to verify your local legal requirements before using b66.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list or have previously been permanently closed from b66 due to a policy violation.

3. Account Registration and Security

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account with b66. Creating duplicate accounts — including under different names, email addresses, or payment methods — constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in forfeiture of all funds and permanent account suspension. If you believe you have accidentally created a duplicate account, you must contact support immediately at [email protected].

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity conducted under your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your sole responsibility. b66 recommends using a strong, unique password and enabling any available two-factor authentication measures. Account security obligations include:

• Never sharing your username or password with any third party, including family members.
• Logging out of your account after each session, particularly on shared devices.
• Notifying b66 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

b66 supports a range of payment methods trusted by Bangladeshi players, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per method and are displayed at the time of transaction. b66 does not charge transaction fees; however, your payment provider may impose their own charges.

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, as a standard anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering measure. The following conditions govern all financial transactions on b66:

• Account verification (KYC) must be completed before any withdrawal request can be approved. b66 may request government-issued ID, proof of address, or payment method verification documents.
• b66 reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal that it reasonably suspects involves fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a violation of these Terms.
• Funds deposited from third-party accounts will be returned and the deposit voided. All payment methods must be registered in the player's own name.
• b66 processes withdrawal requests within 1–5 Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business days, subject to successful verification and the applicable payment provider's processing timeline.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

b66 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to its registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific wagering requirements published at the time of the offer. General bonus terms are outlined below; individual promotions may carry additional conditions that supersede these general terms in all cases of conflict.

Bonuses are credited to your account in BDT and must meet the stated rollover before any winnings derived from them become withdrawable. b66 has zero tolerance for bonus abuse. Attempting to exploit promotional offers through collusion, multi-accounting, or irregular betting patterns will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and may lead to permanent account closure.

• Welcome bonuses are available to first-time depositors only. Each player is entitled to claim the welcome bonus once per household, device, IP address, and payment method.
• Free spins awarded as part of a promotion expire within the time limit stated on the promotion page. Unused free spins cannot be exchanged for cash.
• b66 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time and without prior notice. Players who have already opted into a promotion will receive any accrued benefit up to the point of modification, subject to applicable wagering requirements.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the b66 platform. Engaging in any of the conduct listed below may result in account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and, where applicable under relevant law, may be reported to the appropriate authorities.

• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any other technology to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform's systems.
• Any form of collusion, match-fixing, or deliberate manipulation of game outcomes in live casino, sports betting, or any other game type offered on b66.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, money laundering, terrorism financing, or any activity in violation of applicable anti-money-laundering regulations.
• Harassment, threatening behaviour, abusive language, or discriminatory conduct directed at b66 staff, other players, or any person connected with the platform.

7. Responsible Gaming

8. Intellectual Property

All content published on b66.cam — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the exclusive property of b66 or its content suppliers and is protected under applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, sell, license, or otherwise exploit any content from b66.cam without the express prior written consent of b66.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, b66 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to, use of, or inability to use the platform, even if b66 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or any other commercial damages or losses.

b66 provides its services on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. While we take all reasonable steps to ensure continuous, secure, and fair access to our platform, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical failures. Scheduled maintenance, technical upgrades, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control — including network outages or force majeure events — may temporarily affect access.

10. Amendments to These Terms

b66 reserves the right to amend, revise, supplement, or otherwise modify these Terms at any time and without prior notice. Amendments take effect immediately upon being published on b66.cam. It is your responsibility to check these Terms regularly so that you are aware of any changes. Where a change is material, b66 will make reasonable efforts to notify active players via the platform or via the registered email address on file.

Continued use of the b66 platform after any amendment to these Terms has been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must close your account and cease all use of the platform before the amendments take effect.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with generally accepted principles of international online gaming law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall first be addressed through b66's internal dispute resolution process. To initiate a dispute, players must contact [email protected] in writing with a full description of the issue. b66 will acknowledge all formal dispute submissions within 5 business days and endeavour to resolve them within 30 calendar days. If a resolution cannot be reached through internal processes, parties may seek recourse through appropriate legal channelsin their respective jurisdictions. b66 makes no representation that the platform is appropriate or available for use in all locations.
